Analysis of education proposals of the candidate Judith Pineda Flórez

This document provides an evaluation of the government plan of candidate Judith Pineda Flórez, titled “Cartagena Free and Brave.” Through both quantitative and qualitative analysis, the plan is reviewed in key areas of education, including coverage, school infrastructure, teachers and school administrators, funding, early childhood education, and education for work and development. Finally, several fundamental points are presented that every candidate should include in their government plan in terms of quality, access, coverage and retention, early childhood, and infrastructure.
