Although significant progress has been made in the academic training of teachers, with a considerable number holding specializations, master&#8217;s degrees, and even doctorates, challenges persist in terms of equity and access to quality education. There is evident inequality between regions, with some having highly qualified teachers while others lack even undergraduate degree-holding teachers.
