This document analyzes the legislative agenda of the Congress of the Republic during the 2018-2022 constitutional period, in relation to matters of the education sector. It highlights that 8.2% of the projects presented were related to education, and the 2020-2021 legislature was the most active in terms of the number of projects, coinciding with the National Strike. Furthermore, it notes that the Ministry of Education participated in only one legislative initiative during the four-year term, while government parties presented the majority of education-related projects, although opposition parties showed greater activity per congressperson. However, most of the projects related to educational financing were not approved, except for the stamps that provide a certain degree of funding for university entities.
