Survey of certified education secretariats: challenges of in-person education in Colombia

It highlights the essential role of education secretariats in the country’s educational decentralization and their responsibility to ensure a safe return to classrooms. Additionally, the document references guidelines issued by the National Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health, which outline the criteria and conditions for the return to in-person learning, including capacity limits, minimum distancing, and biosecurity measures.
